HX370E Submersible VHF/PMR Marine Transceiver
A compact, rugged submersible handheld VHF that features all International, USA and Canadian channels and can be programmed with up to 40 Private Mobile Radio (PMR) channels with CTCSS or DCS signalling by a Standard Horizon dealer (license required for channels).

The radio features a highly legible LCD display and a dedicated channel 9/16 button. Programmable scan allows you to scan any number of channels and the preset key allows you to recall the 8 most frequently used channels.

The huge LCD display features large, clear digits and bold information flags including battery life indicator. The LCD and keypad are backlit for optimum night visibility.

The submersible accessory socket allows connection of optional headsets and speaker microphones and the unique high intensity strobe light emits the internationally recognised SOS signal that can be seen over 1km away at night - another Standard Horizon first!

Supplied with a 1400mAh Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh) battery that will give over 18hrs use*, the HX370E also includes a waterproof alkaline battery tray allowing you to use it with standard AA type alkaline batteries. Also supplied is a drop-in cradle charger, 12v charger lead and AC mains charger.

Engineered for unparalleled reliability, the HX370E has been designed to exceed JIS waterproofing standards of submersion in up to 1m of water for 30 minutes.
